Spinach Dip and Cherry Limeade Punch

This is my signature spinach dip. I make it all the time and it is soooooo good. To me - it's the best spinach dip recipe I've ever found so I have to share.

Spinach Dip

1 pkg frozen spinach

8 oz cream cheese

8 oz Monterrey jack cheese

6 oz Parmesan cheese

1 can Rotel

Cook the spinach according to package. Add cheeses and melt in microwave for 3-5 minutes until liquid form. Add rotel and mix together. Serve with crackers or bagel chips or melba toasts.

Last night I made cherry limeade punch. Everyone wanted to know if my friends at Sonic gave me the recipe. I figure they would since I'm their best customer but I actually got the recipe off the net! It's very yummy. This recipe is just 1-1-1 so you can double or triple accordingly. (I doubled for last night).

Cherry Limeade Punch

1 can frozen limeade concentrate

1 bottle Sprite

1 jar of maraschino cherries

1 lime

Put in the limeade and then add the sprite. Pour in the juice from the cherries. Then add the cherries and sliced up lime for looks and taste.

I love your recipes!! Do you drain the rotel or just add the whole can?

Hey Kelly,

I made the spinach dip for our small group sunday night. Everyone liked it but I had a bit left over. I boiled up some pasta and mixed it with the dip. It was a great lunch!

My mom is a big fan of the Sonic cherry limeade, so of course, that is what I set out to make for her as part of her Mother's Day lunch. Huge, huge hit!! The kids, sister-in-law, and especially my mom loved it. Every last drop was gone before dessert was served. Thank you so much for sharing!

I made these two for Easter and barely writing about them. The spinach dip was a hit for everyone else except me since I don't like cheese too much, well my family LOVED it! As for the cherry limeade everyone LOVED it, thank you!

Hi Kelly,

Just wanted to thank you for coming to the rescue! My son and nephew are graduating tonight. At the last minute, family from out of town discovered that they can attend. We wanted have something for them to eat to tide them over, since graduation is from 7p to 10p. All I had to do was look at you recipes, and my problems were solved!!! Most ingredients, I already had on hand. Everything looks so good and seems easy to make. Thank you again!!!

I made the punch for my son's second birthday party and will be making it tomorrow for a Christmas potluck -- I thought the colours went well with a Christmas theme! And I loved this punch when I made it!!!

Hi Kelly , I made this punch with cherry 7 up and frozen limeade. It is cheaper than using cherries if you have a large group. Turned out really tasty.
